Women in Abstraction (Elles font l'abstraction)
The Centre Pompidou, Musée National d'Art Moderne, dedicates a large retrospective exhibition to women artists and their contribution to history of abstraction , through a gathering of 106 artists and more than 506 works of art, from the 1860's to the 1980's.
Curated by Christine Macel (Centre Pompidou), Karolina Lewandowska (Varsovie Museum) and in collaboration with Lekha Hileman Waitoller (Guggenheim Museum of Bilbao).
