Comment peut-on être (du village d’à côté) persan (martien)?
Jardin d’Hiver is a new biennale exhibition initiated by the Musée Cantonal des Beaux Arts de Lausanne (MCBA) and dedicated to the new art scene of the Vaud Region in Switzerland. For this first edition, the museum invited the art critic and curator Jill Gasparina. The show gathers artists, collectives and art centers from the region.
Among them, TUNEL TUNEL presents "Commande publique", a selection of artworks highlighting women artists chosen from the museum collections. This exhibition within an exhibition shows for the first time Septembre en Bourgogne (September in Burgundy), an oil on canvas by Vera Pagava (1962) bought by the museum to the artist in 1965.
